Come work with CODI in the Craft Beer and Beverage Industry! Since 1992, CODI Manufacturing has been providing custom conveying solutions to the beverage, beer, food, household products industries. Our Craft Canning System is experiencing rapid growth. Due to this rapid growth, we will be MOVING in 60-90 days to 7910 Shaffer Parkway, Littleton, CO 80127.

We need Assembly Technicians to help build the best Small Scale Canning Lines. As an Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of a small, fast-paced, quality-driven team that is responsible for building products to meet production and customer demands.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is a creative thinker with a strong work ethic to help our business expand to meet customer demands. Being a team player who is detail oriented with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills is essential.

What CODI is looking for:

Someone who can do the following;

• Mechanical assembly of Automated Canning Systems to meet CODI expectations.

• Building Sub-Assemblies following procedures

• Installing Sub-Assemblies onto Filler

• Ability to Follow Instruction and Standards

• Keep Work Area Clean and Organized while getting work completed.

• Optional electrical assembly of automation systems to meet CODI expectations.

• Assist in the implementation of both 5S and KanBan

• Must be comfortable standing for periods of time

• General mechanical abilities

• Self-motivated and very dependable, we take attendance seriously

• Can learn technical skills and become versed in equipment

• Work well independently, with little day-to-day supervision

• Have some experience working with their hands and small tools, such as in construction or other industry

• Have an aptitude and/or experience working with computers

• Are physically able to kneel, bend and stoop and can lift up to 60 pounds

• Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols

• Communicate effectively with fellow team members, and supervisors

• Current U.S. Passport and ability to travel internationally

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting Codi equipment both in the field and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong problem solving skills. We are looking for someone who can manage customer interactions in a confident and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. The job requires a good driving record and ability to travel regularly, often for multiple nights/weeks in a row. You will be an integral part of a small, fast-paced, quality-driven team that is responsible for building products to meet production and customer demands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and commissioning of CODI products at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications

• Drive company and rental service vehicle to customer locations

• Perform site assessments or surveys and associated procedures

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk who is self-motivated with a strong work ethic to help our business expand to meet customer demands. Who is CODI looking for?

• Basic math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing (Don’t worry, no Algebra)

• Experience: Handling, storing, and shipping materials or supplies; operating material handling equipment; accessing and entering information on a computer; Microsoft Office with focus on Word and Excel reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness

• Experience in various methods of shipping including UPS/FedEx, LTL freight, FTL freight, and arranging international air and ocean shipments is a major plus

• Willingness to: greet individuals, answer phones and send emails; bend, stoop, lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs; stand and walk continuously throughout entire shift; clean and maintain a safe working environment
   

Our dream candidate has the following qualifications

• Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment

• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor or purchasing entity

• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received

• Determines storage areas for incoming shipments and allocates appropriate space within the warehouse

• Assists in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas and tagging appropriately

• Routes product or materials to departments

• Looks through work orders to determine part kitting activities according to the specific instructions provided

• May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate company vehicle to deliver shipments

• Maintains department database and files shipping/receiving records

• Maintains and inventories non-job-specific bin stocked items and advises management of cycle count issues on a timely basis

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
