CCL-45 CAN FILLER

Achieve fill speeds up to 55 cans per minute with the original counter pressure filler from CODI Manufacturing.

Temperature​: Brewery hose rated for high pressure and temperature(up to 180°F/82°C) with Tri-Clover sanitary fittings.

Action/Flow Rate: Cleaning solution is recirculated to achieve high flow rates and conserve resources.

Chemicals: 304 stainless steal construction can withstand caustic chemicals.

Time: PLC controlled to set the desired cleaning time. 

  • HMI provides full control over fill rates, pressure, and snift rates.

  • Built in buffer tank pressurizes liquid with CO2 prior to filling effectively keeping CO2 in solution.
