Can Depalletizer

DPL-250

The DPL-250 is our best-selling depal, and for good reason. Traditional depalletizers often use garage-door-style lifts that put grease-covered moving parts above open cans. We wanted to do it better, so we engineered the DPL-250 with an enclosed-chain counterbalance system that keeps machinery components away from the product path.

It runs up to 250 cans per minute and automatically lifts and sweeps full layers onto the conveyor with smooth, consistent motion. An intuitive touchscreen interface, VFD-controlled drives, an encoder that tracks exact layer position, an integrated single-filer conveyor, and an easy-access carbon-steel frame make it simple to operate, service, and integrate into any line.
