Beverage Packaging
Since 1992, Codi has manufactured quality conveyance systems for the beverage industry. In 2015, we developed the first counterpressure filler purpose-built for craft breweries. Our customers in this space requested complementary equipment like depalletizers and twist rinsers. So we made those too.
Over time, we expanded our product offering from infeed to outfeed and everything in-between. Over the years we have sold systems to every producers of just about any beverage you can imagine:

Essential Canning Line
In this common layout, bright cans are loaded into the
-
Depalletizer, cleaned with an Ionizer in the
-
Twist Rinser, then filled and seamed by the
-
CCL-45. After canning, they enter the
-
Accumulation Table before the
-
Date Coder, and
Carrier Applicator

Pasteurized Beverage Line
This example is a mid-sized canning line with pasteurization: In this layout palleted bright cans unloaded by a
-
Depalletizer, cleaned with an Ionizer in the
-
Lowerator, then filled and seamed in the
-
Filler (CCL-45). After canning, they pass through the
-
accumulate, and proceed to the

Labeler and
Copacking Line with Pasteurization
In this layout, pallets of bright cans are unloaded by the
-
Depalletizer (accessible via platform) and transferred onto an
-
Accumulation Table. From there, cans move through the
-
S-Rinser for cleaning, then into the
-
Filler (CCL-45 or rotary, not shown). After filling, they pass through the
-
Tunnel Pasteurizer and onto the
