DPL-500

The DPL-500 is a more feature-rich version of the DPL-250 with higher speeds and more automation. It removes top racks, ejects empty pallets, and sweeps full layers onto a mass-accumulation conveyor before single-filing them for high-speed production.

A pallet staging area enables continuous flow, automatically loading the next pallet when one is emptied and discharging the empty pallet without an operator's direct involvement. The DPL-500 also stacks slip sheets, features a large touchscreen, and includes a mass-conveyor discharge into a single filer.
