Container Cleaning

Ionized Air Rinse

Codi’s Ionized Air Rinse replaces traditional water rinsing, eliminating water use while improving container cleanliness. It neutralizes static inside each can so dust and debris release cleanly, without adding moisture that can increase dissolved oxygen or change flavor. It can be mounted directly to twist rinses, lowerators, or vacuum conveyors and can be paired with blower-generated cleaning when needed. Codi offers three variants:

  1. Compressed-Air Ionizer Uses ionized plant air to neutralize static and clear debris—simple, compact, and ideal for lower- to mid-speed lines.

  2. Compressed-Air Ionizer with Blower Debris Capture. Adds a blower-driven debris hood to pull dust away from the container path for cleaner operation in dusty environments.

  3. Blower Ionizer with Blower Debris Capture: Uses filtered blower air for high-velocity ionizing and integrated debris capture—best for high-speed lines and reducing compressed-air load.
