DPL-100 COMPACT
DEPALLETIZER

Entry-level compact depalletizer | mobile can depal | small craft beverage packaging line

The CODI DPL-100 is a compact, mobile can depalletizer with a switch-raised pallet and automatic sweep, built for smaller lines and limited floor space. Not every operation needs a fully automated depal. It's straightforward by design: the operator raises the pallet with a switch, the sweep engages, and cans advance onto the line. It comes with an integrated single filer conveyor with a multi-angle transfer plate, VFD-controlled drives for precise speed control, and safety locks that prevent components from dropping during a power failure.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Simple, Reliable Operation

One switch raises the pallet. The automatic sweep takes it from there. There's no complicated setup or programming required, which means less training time and fewer things to go wrong mid-run

Integrated Single Filer with Transfer Plate

A built-in single filer conveyor with a multi-angle transfer plate comes standard, making it straightforward to connect directly to a twist rinser or the next piece of equipment in your line.

VFD-Controlled Sweep and Single Filer

Separate variable frequency drives on the sweep and single filer give you precise control over how fast cans transfer and feed into the track, so you can match the pace of your line without guesswork.

Safety Locks on Power Failure

Components lock in place automatically if power goes out. It's a small detail that matters when you're working around a machine that lifts a full pallet.

FAQ

What is the difference between the DPL-100 and the DPL-250?

The DPL-100 is semi-automatic. The operator controls hoist elevation and manually sweeps each layer of cans off the pallet onto the discharge table using an ergonomic sweep arm. The DPL-250 automates the sweep and lift sequence so the operator is only required for slip sheet and top frame removal.

How much floor space does the DPL-100 require?

It holds one of the smallest footprints in industrial depalletizing, fitting into tight brewery and co-packing layouts where a traditional tower depalletizer would never fit.

What power and utilities does it use?

Standard 110V single-phase power and a basic clean compressed air connection. Because it runs without heavy three-phase electrical requirements, installation cost is kept low.

What equipment does the DPL-100 feed into?

It sweeps full layers onto a rotary accumulation table or inline discharge conveyor, single-filing cans directly into a rinser or canning line.
