Vacuum S Style Can Rinser
VACUUM S AIR RINSER
Compact vacuum can rinser | S-path ionized air cleaner | space-saving
The CODI Vacuum S Rinser is a waterless can rinser that cleans empty cans with ionized air and vacuum conveyance at up to 1,200 CPM single-lane or 2,400 CPM dual-lane. The S-shaped path inverts each can and exposes it to targeted vacuum ports that pull out dust and particulates, all in a compact footprint. With no tracks or side grippers, it easily accommodates different can sizes. No water means no residual moisture, no drainage infrastructure, and no added dissolved oxygen risk. 304 stainless steel construction.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Compact S-Path Design
The S-shaped conveyor path inverts each can and delivers targeted vacuum exposure in a fraction of the floor space required by a loop-style rinser. Right fit when cleaning performance requirements are standard and footprint is the constraint.
No Tracks, No Adjustments
Vacuum conveyance holds cans on the belt without side grippers or tracks. No mechanical adjustments needed when switching can sizes.

FAQ
What is the difference between the Vacuum S Rinser and the Vacuum Loop Rinser?
Both hold cans against a vacuum conveyor and clean with ionized air, making can size changeovers a breeze. The difference is path geometry and space. The loop system extends the travel path further, which suits taller containers and heavier debris loads. The S-path delivers vacuum conveyance cleaning where floor space is the limiting factor.
Are can-size changeovers required?
No. Vacuum conveyance holds the container without a track or side grippers, so there are no rails to move and no parts to swap between diameters or heights.
What certifications and controls are available?
The Vacuum S Rinser is available in UL, CSA compliant, and CE compliant builds, with 208-240V or 380-500V three-phase power. Controls platform options include Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric, with decentralized Lenze or AB PowerFlex VFDs for additional conveyors.
Can it integrate with conveyance already on the line?
Yes. Infeed and discharge tin line heights are specified at order, with discharge options to suit your application. Integrated vacuum transfer units, discharge transfer belts, and additional conveyor VFDs are available so the rinser matches the elevations already running in your line.
