SURE DRY BLOWER
Post-fill can dryer | blower dry-off system | inline container drying for beverage packaging lines
Moisture on cans after filling causes label adhesion failures and damages corrugated trays at pack-out. The Sure Dry Blower uses a focused air manifold with adjustable angled fingers to sheet water off the tops and sides of cans inline. Powered by a low-pressure centrifugal blower rather than a compressor, it uses significantly less energy than compressed-air drying. Fits any existing conveyor, handles all standard can sizes plus bottles and specialty vessels, and has tool-free access for nozzle and manifold cleaning. Optional integrated rinse box with drip pans available.

Focused Air Manifold

Blower-Powered
Low-pressure centrifugal blower is sized per application. Draws significantly less energy than compressed-air drying and doesn't compete with other compressor-dependent equipment on your line.
Integrated Drip Pans
Captures excess water at the source. Keeps the workspace clean without additional drainage infrastructure.
Tool-Free Maintenance
Nozzles and manifold are accessible without tools. Optional rinse box with integrated drip pans pairs directly with the blower for a combined wash-and-dry station.
