The CCL-45ROPP uses the same counterpressure technology as the CCL-45 can filler, adapted for bottles with ROPP closures. Each fill head seals the bottle, purges with CO₂, then fills under pressure, handling carbonation up to 4.0 vols and incoming liquid temperatures up to 52°F. Try that with an atmospheric filler. Compatible with BVP, MCA, GPI 1680, GPI 1683, 28mm ROPP, and 31.5mm ROPP formats. 304 stainless steel throughout with true CIP capability. Cam-driven capping syncs with the feed screw for consistent closure timing every cycle. Centralized HMI controls purge cycles, tank pressure, fill rate, settle time, and snift cycles.

Clean-in-Place (CIP)
Fully CIP-capable with closed-loop recirculation, high-temperature rated components, and PLC-controlled cycles for thorough, repeatable sanitation between runs.
Counterpressure Filling
Isobarric filling seals and purges each can with CO₂ before filling under pressure, protecting carbonation and enabling consistent fills across a wider range of temperatures and carbonation levels up to 4.0vols.
Multi-Format ROPP Compatibility
Supports BVP, MCA, GPI 1680, GPI 1683, 28mm ROPP, and 31.5mm ROPP closures. Change parts allow quick conversion between formats.
Centralized HMI Control
A single control point manages purge cycles, tank pressure, fill rate, settle time, and snift cycles, with audible and visual alerts if anything falls out of spec.
