The standard PakTech Applicator is dedicated to PakTech handles. The Flex Applicator is engineered to switch between multiple handle manufacturers on the same machine, protecting your line against supply-chain disruptions in any single handle format.
Can it switch between can diameters and pack sizes?
Yes. It handles standard, sleek, and slim can profiles in 4-pack and 6-pack configurations. Quick-change parts make switching formats straightforward between production runs.
What utilities and space are required?
The machine uses roughly 1.0 CFM of clean, dry compressed air at 110 PSI and standard 110V single-phase electrical power. Its compact footprint drops cleanly into existing post-fill conveyor lines.
