Manually applying 4-pack or 6-pack carriers to cans is a time-consuming process that ties up valuable labor on repetitive tasks. The Codi Carrier Applicator streamlines this operation by automatically applying PakTech, Enviro Clip, or Roberts PolyPro Craft-Pak carriers in a compact, stand-alone design. The system operates at speeds of 25–100 cans per minute, with burst capabilities reaching up to 200 CPM, and features intuitive control via a user-friendly touchscreen HMI interface.

    • A PakTech is a recycleable can carrier made with polymer plastic which is applied to cans to create four and six packs for distribution.

    • PakTechs can be applied both manually or using a PakTech Applicator.

    • The Codi Applicator indexes full cans with labels into two lanes, dispenses a Pak Tech, and applies pressure to secure the carrier in place before the cans continue down the canning line to tray and case packing eliminating the need for manual application. 

  • Codi warranties our products against defects in design and workmanship for up to 12 months after shipment or 1,000,000 cans produced, whichever comes first.

    Third-party components are covered under their manufacturer’s warranties, and we’ll support you in making any claims.


    During the warranty period we will repair or replacement of defective parts (wear parts excluded).
