Pak Tech Applicator
PAK TECH APPLICATOR
Automated PakTech applicator | 4-pack & 6-pack | beverage packaging line
The CODI PakTech Applicator is an automated carrier applicator that indexes cans, applies PakTech carriers in a controlled motion, and delivers consistent, repeatable multi-pack formation at production speeds. Manual PakTech application creates bottlenecks, inconsistent pack quality, and added labor at the end of the packaging line. Its compact stainless steel design and simple controls integrate easily into existing lines while reducing labor and improving uptime.

FAQ
What carriers does the PakTech Applicator handle?
PakTech handles applied to 4-pack and 6-pack can configurations. Push length is specified as 2 push or 4 push, and change parts are available for sleek and slim can profiles. For lines that also run Enviro Clip or Roberts PolyPro Craft-Pak carriers, the Flex Applicator covers all three carrier types.
How much compressed air does it use?
Roughly 1.0 CFM at 110 PSI, which is minimal for a post-fill machine. Air must be clean and dry. That low demand usually means it can be added to an existing compressor without adding capacity.
How much space does the applicator need?
Approximately 48 inches long by 31 wide by 61 tall, with the footprint varying slightly by configuration. Flow direction is specified right or left hand to match your existing conveyor run.
