Automated depalletizer with pallet staging | continuous flow can depal | mid-volume beverage packaging line

If your operation requires more features than our DPL-250, this is answer. It runs everything the DPL-250 does and adds a meaningful layer of automation that reduces how much your operators have to interact with the front end. A pallet staging area keeps the next full pallet ready to go, automated infeed loads it when the current one runs out, and empty pallets discharge on their own. Full layer sweeps feed into a mass-accumulation conveyor before single-filing into the line, keeping flow smooth and consistent at up to 500 CPM. The same enclosed-chain counterbalance lift keeps mechanical components out of the product path, and VFD-controlled drives let you tune speed to match your line.

Nearly any beverage container

More automation than the DPL-250, without jumping to a DPL-1000. The DPL-500 stages your next pallet, loads it automatically, and clears empties on its own so your operators can focus elsewhere. Runs up to 500 CPM with smooth mass conveyor flow into a single filer.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Enclosed-Chain Counterbalance Lift

No overhead grease drip points above open cans. The lift mechanism is fully enclosed, keeping contamination risks out of the product path where they don't belong.

Automated Pallet Staging and Infeed

A staging area holds the next full pallet and loads it automatically when the current one runs out. Less time standing at the depal, more time running the rest of the line.

Mass Conveyor to Single Filer

Full layer sweeps land on a mass-accumulation belt before transitioning to single file. That buffer keeps flow steady and prevents jams at the handoff point.

Automated Empty Pallet Discharge

Empty pallets clear without operator handling. It's one less thing your team has to manage during a run.
