It's a servo-driven, pressure-sensitive wrap-around applicator that handles cans or bottles at 25 to 100 CPM, inline or as a standalone unit. A feed screw precisely indexes each container into the system so placement is consistent, not approximate. The touchscreen HMI stores up to 30 job settings, making changeovers easy. Missing label detection catches problems early. It can be purchased in mobile or stationary configurations, and integrates with a date coder if you need pre-application coding.

Missing Label Detection

The system detects missing labels and can trigger an automatic line shutdown to prevent unlabeled product from advancing. Catch the problem at the source, not at the end of the line.

Wet or Dry Container Handling

Designed to apply labels reliably on both wet and dry containers. Plastic-backed labels with dairy-grade adhesive are recommended for durability and consistent bond across varying surface conditions.
