For our European friends or for those in need an enclosed line, finding a counterpressure filler that meets CE standards without sacrificing performance is a real challenge. The CCL-45CE is the same proven counterpressure technology as the CCL-45, built to full EU CE compliance and designed with an enclosed footprint for producers who need it. It handles carbonation up to 4.0 vols, accommodates warmer incoming liquid temperatures, and is built from 304 stainless steel for true CIP capability. Since 2015 this is the counterpressure filler that has been trusted by craft breweries, coffee roasters, kombucha makers, and more around the world.

The benchmark for isobaric filling craft beverages now CE-Compliant. The monoblock CCL-45CE is the same proven counterpressure filler as the CCL-45, fully CE certified and enclosed. Handles up to 4.0 vols carbonation, CIP capable, stainless steel throughout. Built for European producers and anyone who needs a cleaner, enclosed line.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Clean-in-Place (CIP)

Fully CIP-capable with closed-loop recirculation, high-temperature rated components, and PLC-controlled cycles for thorough, repeatable sanitation between runs.

Counterpressure Filling

Isobarric filling seals and purges each can with CO₂ before filling under pressure, protecting carbonation and enabling consistent fills across a wider range of temperatures and carbonation levels up to 4.0vols.

Cam-Driven Seaming

Mechanical seaming synchronized with the feed screw delivers a consistent, reliable seal every cycle with minimal variability and straightforward troubleshooting.

Centralized HMI Control

A single control point manages purge cycles, tank pressure, fill rate, settle time, and snift cycles, with audible and visual alerts if anything falls out of spec.
