Automated keg filling system | dual-keg filler with CIP | brewery and beverage producer keg packaging

CODI is known for its can fillers, and we built the Keg Filler with the same straightforward philosophy. It pressurizes the keg with CO₂, meters product through dual independent flow meters, and automatically tapers the fill at the end to prevent foam and overshoot. Real-time data on pressure, flow, choke pressure, and fill percentage is visible on the HMI the whole time, so your operator always knows what is happening. Built-in CIP with selectable modes for kegs or CIP cups, integrated recirculation, chemical push-out, and CO₂ purge means sanitation is built into the workflow, not bolted on.

Dual Independent Flow Meters
