Keg Filler
KEG FILLER
Automated keg filling system | dual-keg filler with CIP | brewery and beverage producer keg packaging
The CODI Keg Filler is an automated keg filling system that pressurizes with CO2, meters product through dual independent flow meters, and automatically tapers the fill at the end to prevent foam and overshoot. CODI is known for its can fillers, and we built this one with the same straightforward philosophy. Real-time pressure, flow, choke pressure, and fill percentage stay visible on the HMI, so your operator always knows what is happening. Built-in CIP with selectable modes, integrated recirculation, and CO2 purge make sanitation part of the workflow.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Dual Independent Flow Meters
Each keg gets its own metered fill with real-time monitoring and automatic shutoff at target volume. A flow-meter correction page lets you fine-tune accuracy across different keg sizes and products.
Automatic Fill Tapering
The system automatically reduces flow rate as the keg approaches target volume, preventing foam and overfill without operator intervention. Consistent results every keg, every run.
Structural Engineering
Hex-Formed corners
Tab & clost construction
304 Stainless Steel
Multi-Level HMI Access
Operator, manager, and admin access levels keep controls appropriate to the user. Live trend data on pressure, choke pressure, fill percentage, and flow keeps whoever is running it fully informed.

FAQ
How does the CODI Keg Filler measure fill volume?
Volumetric flow meters, one per head. Each filling head cuts off automatically the moment the exact target liquid volume is reached, preventing expensive product overfill and eliminating the need for scales or float switches.
Why use counter pressure for keg filling?
Counter pressure filling pressurizes the sanitized keg with CO2 or nitrogen to match your brite tank pressure before liquid flows. This keeps high-volume carbonation suspended in solution, preventing foam-outs and preserving dissolved oxygen (DO) standards.
Can the Keg Filler be cleaned in place (CIP)?
Yes. The entire piping manifold and valve block are constructed from 304 stainless steel and engineered for full automated CIP loops, ensuring complete sanitation between beverage batches.
What are the power and space requirements?
The unit features a compact, ergonomic skid-mounted frame that easily integrates into craft brewery, winery, or kombucha production spaces, operating on standard facility electrical and pneumatic supplies.
