CODI built our larget depalletizer, the DPL-1000, for high-speed canning lines, and many of the biggest beverage companies in the world run it. At up to 1400 CPM, it keeps pace with demanding front ends while running largely on its own. Double pallet staging, automated infeed and discharge, and automatic empty pallet stacking eliminate manual intervention at changeover. Pneumatic slip sheet removal, top frame handling, can pack control during sweeping, and mass conveyor discharge into a single filer are all standard. Three independent VFDs let you tune hoist, sweep, and single filer speeds separately to match your exact line. Light curtains, automatic safety doors, and platform fencing protect every entry point. A large touchscreen PLC handles all controls, with optional phone or tablet remote access.

Full Safety Features
The DPL-1000 is built for high speed canning lines. It runs up to 1400 CPM, stages two pallets at a time, and handles infeed, discharge, and empty pallet stacking automatically. Three independent VFDs let you dial in hoist, sweep, and single filer speeds separately. Built-in light curtains and automatic safety doors handle the safety side so your operators don't have to.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Double Pallet Staging with Automated Changeover
Two pallets stage and load in sequence without operator involvement. When one runs out, the next loads automatically and the empty clears on its own. At 1400 CPM, that continuity is the whole game.
Three Independent VFD Controls
Separate variable frequency drives for the hoist, sweep, and single filer mean you tune each axis independently to match your exact line speed, rather than compromising across all three with a single control.
Full Safety Architecture
Automatic safety doors enclose the pallet during operation. Ground-level mesh fencing and light curtains cover infeed and discharge. Platform fencing with light curtains monitors the work area. Safety locks engage on every component during a power failure. It's a complete perimeter, not a checkbox.
Can Pack Control During Sweep
The sweep arm keeps cans stabilized and aligned during the layer transfer. At high speed, that control is what keeps cans arriving upright instead of sideways.
