Can the Flex Pack both pack and unpack cases?
Yes. Configuration is specified as case packer, case un-packer, or both.
How is throughput determined?
The gantry runs 12 cycles per minute. Containers per minute follows from gripper count: 6 grippers yields 60 CPM and 12 grippers yields 120 CPM. Gripper configuration is specified for your container and case geometry.
What container formats can it handle?
Cans, bottles, PET, aerosols, boxes, bags, pouches, and bag-in-box. Product size, box type, and box weight are specified at order, with an optional vision system.
How does the Flex Pack fit with palletizing?
It sits directly upstream of the Flex Stack gantry palletizer, so packed cases move from cartoning to palletizing without an intermediate handling step. Both run on the same controls platform options, Festo or ABI, which keeps integration and spares consistent across the post-fill line.
