Filling & Seaming
CCL-45
Introduced in 2014, the CCL-45 changed inline canning. Unlike atmospheric fillers, it supports carbonation up to 4.0 volumes, handles warmer incoming liquid temperatures, and runs non-alcoholic beverages without issue. Stainless steel construction throughout means genuine CIP capability and a long service life in demanding environments.
Available in 3 or 6 head configurations. Built to your requirements and upgradeable as your operation grows. Trusted by hundreds of breweries, coffee roasters, kombucha makers, and beverage producers.

Filling & Carbonation Control
-
Counterpressure filling ensures precise fills without exposing product to the atmosphere.
-
Pressurizes liquid before injection, allowing filling across wider temperature and carbonation ranges without overfilling.
-
304 stainless steel counterpressure fill heads seal the can, purge oxygen with CO₂, then fill under pressure to retain carbonation and reduce waste.
CIP
-
Fully CIP (Clean-in-Place) capable for quick, thorough sanitation between runs.
-
High-temperature, high-pressure rated components allow longer contact time with caustic cleaners.
-
Closed-loop cleaning system saves resources by recirculating liquid.
Seaming & Consistency
-
Seamer is synchronized with the feed screw to perform critical operations at the exact same timing every run.
-
Mechanical seaming delivers consistent seams and simplifies troubleshooting or adjustments.
Flexibility & Integration
-
Change parts allow quick conversion for standard, sleek, and slim cans of any volume.
-
Easily integrates with existing conveyors, twist rinses, and other equipment.
Monitoring & Control
-
Centralized control of purge cycles, tank pressure, pump rate, fill rate, settle time, and snift cycles.
Durability and Service
-
Crafted with 304 stainless steel and precision-machined in-house for long-term durability.
