DPL-250

The DPL-250 is our best-selling depal, and for good reason. Most depalletizers use a garage-door-style lift that puts greasy, moving parts directly above your open cans. That's a contamination risk nobody should be okay with. The DPL-250 solves that with an enclosed-chain counterbalance system that keeps all the mechanical components away from the product path. Built for growing beverage operations running up to 250 CPM, it automatically lifts and sweeps full pallet layers onto the conveyor with smooth, consistent motion. VFD-controlled drives, an encoder that tracks exact layer position, integrated slip sheet removal, and a touchscreen HMI make it straightforward to run, service, and integrate into your line.

    • Counterpressure filling ensures precise fills without exposing product to the atmosphere.

    • Pressurizes liquid before injection, allowing filling across wider temperature and carbonation ranges without overfilling.

    • 304 stainless steel counterpressure fill heads seal the can, purge oxygen with CO₂, then fill under pressure to retain carbonation and reduce waste.
