RPL-1000
High-Speed Repalletizer

The RPL-1000 is Codi’s high-speed repalletizer for stacking loose empty cans onto pallets. Designed for simplicity and uptime, it lifts each pallet, builds tight layers, places slip sheets automatically, and uses encoder-driven positioning to sweep and stack every layer with repeatable accuracy. A rugged hoist, integrated mass-table conveyors, intuitive touchscreen controls, and clean pneumatic actuation make the RPL-1000 a reliable choice for can decorators, copackers, or beverage producers. From slip-sheet placement to final top-rack confirmation, the system keeps each step controlled and predictable.

    During the warranty period we will repair or replacement of defective parts (wear parts excluded).
