Codi’s Flex Stack is a gantry-based palletizer/depalletizer system designed for packaging and logistics operations. It can be ordered in different sizes and it is adaptable to nearly any packaging workflow.

Flex Stack Pro adds pallet conveying and/or slip sheet placement (available on two bay or larger). 

 

Flex Stack exceeds cobots in payload and speed and at a fraction of their cost and its simple linear mechanics reduce maintenance and downtime. Unlike robotic-arm systems, its compact architecture packs capability into a tight footprint, and a browser-based interface lets operators adjust package dimensions without programming.

    • Flex Stack's gantry-based design delivers fast, repeatable palletizing and depalletizing with simple linear mechanics that are easy to maintain. Codi ships the system  largely preassembled with a complete, preconfigured motion package (via Festo FPaKit), ensuring all drives, motors, and axes are matched and optimized for the application.


    Engineered With Validated System Sizing

    • Handling Guide Online (HGO) automatically sizes all motion components—motors, drives, axes, and mechanics—based on payload, cycle rate, and travel requirements. This eliminates the risk of over or underspecifying the system..
