CODI at the WYCO Regional Job Fair: We're Hiring

Last week, CODI sponsored a booth at the WYCO Regional Job Fair in Jefferson County. The punchline is simple: we're hiring. We have open positions on our manufacturing floor, in engineering, and in shipping and receiving.
The event itself was well organized, held in a clean, bright, open room. The staff at Workforce Colorado were helpful and seemed genuinely glad to have us there. What impressed us most, though, was the quality and quantity of the candidates. Nearly every person we spoke with was positive, prepared, and ready to work.
Listening to the news, it's easy to get the impression that the job market is bleak, particularly in manufacturing. But that's not what we're seeing at CODI. We're growing, and we're adding full-time employees to our payroll. The work itself is meaningful. As we like to say: build something that matters.

He spent over two decades as a sales and marketing executive at a Fortune 500 company before pivoting to the craft beverage equipment industry in 2018, where he held senior sales and general management roles.
